Type of Change and Deferral and Type of Plan Action can be configured via the “Change and Deferral” settings.

For an Approval, the system will now first look for the predefined people for the unit, then for the plant and then for the site. The unit’s predefined people have priority over the site, et cetera.

Various usability enhancements

Functionality was added to search / filter for FLOCs and Equipment in the system tab by entering the Equipment or Floc name in the search box.

2. Apply library templates in bulk

IMSFB-8931

A multi select option has been added to the system screen to apply a template to a selection of Floc’s or Equipment within a Functional Failure.

3. Overwriting analysis data

IMSFB-8932

Previously, when Failure Modes were selected from a Template any existing Analyses were overwritten. Now, when the user applies a Template and there are already failure modes assigned, the user is asked if he wants to replace the existing analysis data..

4. Additional indications on Equipment tab sheet

IMSFB-8940

“Priority Total”, “HEMP”, “RCM”, “RBI”, “SIF” and “ABC Indicator” were added to the Equipment list and detail page. The fields can be displayed or hidden using the grid settings configuration button in the toolbar .

5. Wildcard search capability

IMSFB-9081

Wildcard search capability for all searches / screens were added. Wildcard search uses the percentage character (%).

6. RWC (Task – work center)

IMSFB-9092

"RWC" (Task - work center) was added to settings under ""RCM Specific Data”.

7. Export / Import Functionality

IMSFB-9095

It is now possible to update both the Task Type and Implementation System in the RCM Analysis Import. Both fields have also been added to the Export.

8. Permission Level for Narratives only

IMSFB-9096

For users that can only update existing ECH records by adding narratives and attachments a new Permission level was created.

9. Task list configurable

The default order of columns in the task list has been changed to show the description as one of the first columns. A settings option has been added to configure the list.

IMSFB-9098

Multiselect has been added to the task list to be able to delete multiple tasks at same time.

11. Partial paste and copy

IMSFB-9181

A dropdown for partial paste was added. This saves the user from clicking through several screens selecting each section one by one. The dropdown shows all sections, so the partial copy action can be applied to a selection of analysis for a specific section.

12. User manual split up per screen

The user manual has been updated and split up in multiple documents added to the applicable screen in the application. This to avoid having to go through the full manual for a specific item related to the active screen.

13. FM - Equipment type assignment

When assigning a failure mode to an Equipment or Floc and the failure mode is not visible in the list of Failure Modes for the Equipment Type, there is an option to show all Failure modes. When the user selects a failure mode that is not assigned to that equipment it is automatically assigned.

Visual Changes

1. Attachments in ECH

IMSFB-9093

The Condition History list shows the number of attachments that have been added to an ECH.

2. Scoping bar – visual indication of selections

Previously the scoping bar did not give an indication when units or plants were selected. The scoping bar has now been improved to give a visual indication of the selection to make the user aware of a filtered scope.

3. Equipment and Floc assignment in System

Some usability improvements in the System details screen have been implemented. A Search option has been added in the Functional Failure section. A multiple select option has been added to be able to add failure modes in bulk. The line height has been decreased to only show 1 line instead of 3. This reduces the length of the list of analyses.

4. Remove non-RCM Failure Mode groups

Previously, when adding a new Failure Mode (FM), not only RCM FM (AR and NAR) showed, but also other types of FMs (PEI types). These non-RCM FMs are not showing any more.
