Tasks export Tasks (all tasks in scope or just the selected ones) can also be exported using the standard Export functionality via the Export to Excel Button. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/rcm-release-3.12-image-56gy0uea.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A00%3A29Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A00%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=PZiPSz8eIgRNKmHsX5HvXbQ%2BmEiALTPNkQKLrqZwoHw%3D) ## Change and Deferral Requests improvements IMSD-13573 Various improvements of the Change and Deferral functionality were introduced. ### 1. Multiple FLOC/Equipment per Request IMSD-12389 A functionality was added to include multiple Flocs/Equipment in the scope of one Change or Deferral Request. This saves time, since multiple forms are no longer required for multiple Flocs/Equipment. Furthermore, the requests are now connected to the Maintenance Plans and can be invoked for all Flocs/Equipment on a single Maintenance Plan Object List. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/rcm-release-3.12-image-3nibws7f.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A00%3A29Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A00%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=PZiPSz8eIgRNKmHsX5HvXbQ%2BmEiALTPNkQKLrqZwoHw%3D) - A Change / Deferral request now includes a mandatory **Unit** field. This is to assure that the request will be sent to all Site/Plant/Unit Approvers as defined in the Auto-Approval settings. - **Location** and **Equipment** fields are not exclusive anymore. They can now both be used to hook multiple Flocs/Equipment to a request. #### 1.1. Maintenance Plan Object List When the **Type of Change** is related to an SAP Maintenance Plan the **Location** and **Equipment** fields can be prefilled by entering the Maintenance Plan number. The following conditions should be met: - **Type of Request** should be set to **Change**; - **Type of Change** should be set to **PMxxxxx;** and - **Type of Plan Action** should be set to **Change Existing Plan** or **Delete Existing Plan**. By fulfilling these conditions, a Maintenance field will be shown in which the user can enter a Maintenance Plan Number. The **Location** and **Equipment** fields will then be prefilled with the tags to which the Maintenance Plan relates to. Manual removal and / or addition of other Flocs/Equipment are still possible. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/rcm-release-3.12-image-z7gosd6w.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A00%3A29Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A00%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=PZiPSz8eIgRNKmHsX5HvXbQ%2BmEiALTPNkQKLrqZwoHw%3D) ### 2. Auto-Approval function set separately for Changes and Deferrals IMSFB-11823 It is now possible to separately define which Approvers will be prefilled on Change Requests and which Approvers will be prefilled on Deferral Requests (and which will be for both). This is done in Settings \ Maintenance \ RCM Specific data \ Change and Deferral \ Auto Approval selection. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/rcm-release-3.12-image-h2yk85ix.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A00%3A29Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A00%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=PZiPSz8eIgRNKmHsX5HvXbQ%2BmEiALTPNkQKLrqZwoHw%3D) ### 3. Type of Change field made required IMSFB-11822 For a change and Deferral Request, the **Type of Change** field is now mandatory. This ensures better alignment with the Auto-Approval functionality. i ### 4. Auto populate HEMP on form upon selecting HEMP equipment IMSFB-10977 The **Does the change invoke a SCE/HEMP Critical Item** field will be automatically filled in with **Yes**, if any of the FLOCs/Equipment in scope is SCE/HEMP critical. An information message will be available for the user (click the blue **i** button). When all items of this type are removed, the value will automatically be set to **No**. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/rcm-release-3.12-image-bahtcsxz.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A00%3A29Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A00%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=PZiPSz8eIgRNKmHsX5HvXbQ%2BmEiALTPNkQKLrqZwoHw%3D) ### 5. Added Target end date for temporary changes IMSFB-10975 An option to add the **Target end date** was added. When the **Duration of Change** is set to Temporary, the user will have the possibility to add the **Target end date**. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/rcm-release-3.12-image-pvu0gjru.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A00%3A29Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A00%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=PZiPSz8eIgRNKmHsX5HvXbQ%2BmEiALTPNkQKLrqZwoHw%3D) ### 6. A message to other APPROVERS when one APPROVER disapproves IMSFB-10805 The Approval process can include more than one Approver for a certain hierarchy level / Approval stage. All included Approvers must Approve for the Request to be Approved. If any Approver disapproves, the Approval process is terminated. In this case, a notification mail is sent to all included Approvers. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/rcm-release-3.12-image-ke5qlfuu.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A00%3A29Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A00%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=PZiPSz8eIgRNKmHsX5HvXbQ%2BmEiALTPNkQKLrqZwoHw%3D) ### 7. Approver / Requester specific Dashboards for current user IMSFB-10804 Two new sections were added to Change & Deferral Requests Dashboard: **My Requests** and **My Approvals**. The **My Requests** section gives insight and direct links to requests in various states, issued by the current user. The covered statuses are: - Initiated, - Awaiting Approval, - Awaiting Implementation, - Implemented, - Disapproved, and - Total. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/rcm-release-3.12-image-1rq3r386.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A00%3A29Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A00%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=PZiPSz8eIgRNKmHsX5HvXbQ%2BmEiALTPNkQKLrqZwoHw%3D) The **My Approvals** section gives insight and direct links to requests in various states, waiting for Approval or Implementation by the current user. Added Approvers weekly reminder e-mails functionality IMSFB-10803 An email reminder will be sent to Approvers / Implementers on the weekly basis with the overview of their activity, pending requests, etc. ## Spare Parts Lead Time IMSFB-12007 In the RCM Risk assessment, spare parts come into the equation as lead time on the production loss due to delay in restoration. To incorporate this, the **Spare Part Lead Time** field was added to the Detailed Criticality Assessment screen. This allows the user to consider the benefit of the spare part(s) availability, as now the ‘no spare’ vs ‘have spare’ case can be shown, on economic grounds. The filed is optional, which enables the user to keep existing analysis as they are (with no spares involved), and just add the lead time (during reviews) in the analysis. Another free text field, **Part driving the lead time**, was also added, to store information on the parts involved. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/rcm-release-3.12-image-bge775b8.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A00%3A29Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A00%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=PZiPSz8eIgRNKmHsX5HvXbQ%2BmEiALTPNkQKLrqZwoHw%3D) ## Functional System Overall Priority indicator IMSFB-12166 The Functional System **Overall Priority** indicator was added to the System grid. This indicator is set equivalent to the highest of priorities from the list of Flocs or Equipment, belonging to the System. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/rcm-release-3.12-image-4g3dqz74.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A00%3A29Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A00%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=PZiPSz8eIgRNKmHsX5HvXbQ%2BmEiALTPNkQKLrqZwoHw%3D) A functionality to manually override this indicator was also added to the System details, thus allowing the user to manually set the Overall Priority to a desired value (T, Y, X). ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/rcm-release-3.12-image-bbu4e05g.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A00%3A29Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A00%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=PZiPSz8eIgRNKmHsX5HvXbQ%2BmEiALTPNkQKLrqZwoHw%3D) ## Downstream -> Upstream Object Type Mapping IMSFB-12698 The mapping between the Downstream Object Types to the Upstream Object Types is introduced to facilitate the use of the global Maintenance Libraries (RSLs) based on Downstream GSAP Object Types to the Upstream sites using Blueprint Object Types. ## Various usability enhancements ### 1. ECS – added Task ID column in Create Strategies IMSFB-12069 A column, indicating the Task ID, was added to the Create New ECS Strategy, to facilitate the addition of ECS Tasks to ECS Strategies. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/rcm-release-3.12-image-lncobask.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A00%3A29Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A00%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=PZiPSz8eIgRNKmHsX5HvXbQ%2BmEiALTPNkQKLrqZwoHw%3D) ### 2. Changed Schedule Status drop-down list IMSFB-12803 A list of possible Schedule statuses was changed to provide clarity and more relevance for users. The new list is as follows: - Scope drafted (non-RCM) - Scope drafted (RCM tasks) - Scope peer reviewed and approved (non-RCM) - Scope peer reviewed and approved (RCM tasks) This will allow the user to distinguish whether the scope has been reviewed and approved or is in draft only. This is very important for future turnaround scope. Additionally, for non-routine scope that may not have come out of an RCM study (MOC etc.), it is possible to distinguish this status. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/rcm-release-3.12-image-kayjgjj0.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T15%3A00%3A29Z&se=2026-10-28T16%3A00%3A29Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=PZiPSz8eIgRNKmHsX5HvXbQ%2BmEiALTPNkQKLrqZwoHw%3D) ## Resolved issues | **MODULE** | **COUNT** | | --- | --- | | Analysis | 18 | | Change & Deferral | 6 | | Systems | 4 | | ECS | 4 | | Equipment | 3 | | Tasks | 3 | | RSL / Maintenance Library | 2 | | Dashboard | 1 | | Queries | 1 | | Schedules | 1 | | **Total** | **43** | ##
