Reports - Overview

In IMS, reports are generated, by running a query or queries, to compile the desired set of data, and display the data in a formatted / structured fashion.

Reports can easily be generated from the Details Pages, as well as from the Main Screen toolbars. The Details Pages will only have specific reports available, while any report can be created from the Main Screens. Both default IMS Reports, as well as the Custom Reports for your site, can be generated. 

Note: Reports cannot be edited in IMS itself. However, the generated MS Word, or Adobe PDF document, is editable.

All reports will be generated in either MS Word or PDF format. The table below shows the information available in the header and footer of each report.

If the available IMS Reports do not provide the required data, use the Custom Reports Editor or Custom Query Editor to create custom reports / custom queries, to display the correct data from the IMS application.
