# Reviewing available Dynamic Forms

To view all available Dynamic Forms for your site:

- Click on to the **Custom reports** Main Menu.

- Select Dynamic Form from the dropdown.

All Dynamic Forms with the “Approved and in use” Status are in use.

- Click the *Filter* button to filter the list, e.g., per discipline.

- Click on the a desired Dynamic Form Name to view the details.

- Click **Preview** to review the Dynamic Form.

- Click on a Stage card to see the fields for that Stage.
