Here both the Active and (previously) Approved HAZOP versions are shown. The Approved versions are the previously Approved HAZOPs. When a HAZOP is put back into Draft (after it was Approved) an Archived version of the Approved HAZOP is created.
Opening a specific HAZOP version
To open a specific HAZOP version in the HAZOP Tab:
- Click on the Revision History Tab.
- Click on the version Name’s Hyperlink.
While on the Revision History Tab, click on the Hyperlink to open a revision. - You will be directed to the HAZOP Tab and the selected HAZOP revision will be shown.
Take note that you can only edit the current (Active) version.
