Release 2024.1
Note: These Release Notes only cover specific Shell enhancements. All other enhancements, not exclusive to Shell, are described in Release Notes 2024.1.
AIR3D - 3D Observations
Unmerge Merged Observation Item Boxes
It is now possible to unmerge merged Observation Item boxes. This can be helpful when Observation Items have been merged manually or automatically and you want to separate them into the original boxes.

Attach multiple Observations to Existing ECHs
You can now add multiple Observation Items to an ECH from 3D Observation. Previously, Observation Items could only be added one at a time.

Adding multiple Observation Items to an Area ECH
You can now add multiple Observation Items to an existing Area ECH by selecting an area in the 3D model.

When creating a CAIR Schedule, it will be possible to choose from the entire Area ECH or the by individual Equipment intersected by the Area if OB-Items have been added using the Area tool.

User Instructions
To learn more about using 3D Observation to create ECHs, see: Creating ECHs from Observation Items.
New Statuses for 3D Observation Items
Two new statuses can now be assigned to Observation Items: Below Threshold and Resolved. Filters have also been updated to allow filtering based on those statuses.

User Instructions
To learn more about managing 3D Observation Items, see: 3D Observation Item List.
Paging of Observation Items
3D Observation now allows for paging of Observation Items, increasing responsiveness and reducing wait times for initial loading.

AIR3D - 3D Localization
Add 3D Position Manually to Annotation Items
For Annotation Items that do not have a calculated 3D position, it is now possible to assign a 3D location. Once the 3D location has been added to an annotation, it will be projected onto the 2D image.

User Instructions
To learn more about reviewing and managing Annotations in AIR3D, see: Reviewing 3D Calculations.
