Step 3 Start S-RBI Analysis and Assign DMs to Components

Aim

When the CL is defined (Step 1 and Step 2), an S-RBI Analysis must be started. The first step of an S-RBI Analysis is to assign the appropriate Degradation Mechanisms to each Component, since the S-RBI Analysis takes place on Component level, per Degradation Mechanism.
