This overview explains
In IMS, Task Templates are a tool for organizing and managing tasks based on their respective Strategy Types and Methodologies. These templates facilitate the creation of structured Activity lists by grouping relevant Tasks and Subtasks that can be added to Schedules and ECHs.
Task templates are created in the Task Template Editor, accessible from the Custom reports Main Menu.
Available sections on Task Templates:
Name | Description |
---|---|
Details | In this section, you will find the following information: Template Name, Strategy Type, and Methodology of the Template. |
Applicable When | Here the Condition group and Description of the Task Template are shown. The Task Template is applicable when all the specified conditions are met. |
Tasks / Subtasks | This section displays the list of Tasks and Subtasks associated with the Task Template. |
Once the Task Templates are created they can be added to Schedules and ECHs to specify the Activities that need to be performed.
