Finding your TAT Equipment

All Equipment is listed in the Equipment Main Screen (Grid List). Here you can also find your specific TAT Equipment by using the Scoping bar and Filters. Also see IMS Main Screen (Grid List).

Show all Available Items

To show all available items (Equipment):

• Go to the Equipment Main Screen (Grid List).
• Click on the first grey filter (Site).
• Check Select all to select all Sites in the hierarchy.
• Click Show.

Select all and click Show.  All available Equipment for all sites will be listed in the grid.

Show Items in Only One Plant

To show items (Equipment) only in one Plant:

• Go to the Equipment Main menu (grid list).
• Click on the second grey filter (Plant).
• Uncheck Select all and then check only your Plant, e.g., “TRAINING PLANT”.
• Click Show.

Select your plant and click Show.

All available Equipment for the selected Plant will be listed in the grid.

Filtering for Equipment Groups

To filter for an Equipment group:

• Click on the filter button (in the right corner).
• Look for the Equipment Group filter.
• Click + to fold out this filter list.
• Select the desired Equipment Group, e.g., “VESSEL”.
• Click Show … matching Equipment.

Click Show x matching Equipment to show only items of the desired Equipment Group.

Only the available Equipment for the selected Plant and Equipment Group will be listed in the grid. For more information on filters see IMS Main Screen (Grid List).

Searching for Specific Equipment

To search for a specific Equipment:

• Click in the Search section of the toolbar.
• Enter a search value, e.g., “C1101”.
• Click <Enter>.

Use the Search functionality to find a specific Equipment and use the pin button to pin it, if desired.

The search results will be listed in the grid.

Reviewing Equipment Details

To review an Equipment details:

• Click on your Equipment ID hyperlink in the grid.
• You will be navigated to the Equipment details page.
• Review the details.
• Review the list of Schedules and Condition histories on this Equipment.
