Version 2022.1 brings updates to existing TAT features, mostly focused on new checklists and a new dashboard. It also brings existing IMS functionality to TAT: a Planned Events Main grid, bulk approval, and bulk report generation.

Highlights

New Checklists

IMSFB-28882

IMSFB-28883

The new IMS Dynamic Forms are now available for TAT. This enables new Checklists, which makes it still easier to capture findings and track progress. In addition to the existing Checklists, new Checklists are available for Vessels, Exchangers and Columns. These new Checklists are organized into 3 Stages: First Inspection, Intermediate Inspection, and Final Inspection. Completeness, Issues and Progress are all tracked per Stage.

When a Stage is opened, the same questions, as in the previously used Checklists, will show. The new Checklists enable Observation capturing for each finding. If everything is ok, users can click the “All Acceptable” button to instantaneously set all the values in the Stage to a good condition.

When the inspection is done, users can create a report in which the findings (answers) will now be color coded and organized per inspection.

All the Checklists are available in Custom reports. These Checklists can easily be cloned and adjusted for different cases.

New Dashboard showing Condition History Statuses

IMSFB-26995

TAT now has a new Dashboard to track Turnaround efforts. The Dashboard can easily be cloned and modified for any Turnaround.

On the right the Dashboard shows Condition Histories, grouped based on their Status. Users can also see how many Condition Histories are open and how many must be reviewed before closing, together with other relevant information. On the left the Dashboard shows Schedules. Here users can see how many Schedules are in scope of a Condition History, together with other relevant information.

The previous legacy Dashboard will be retired.

Planned Events Main Screen grid

TAT now shows the list of Turnarounds (Planned Events) in a Main Screen grid. Previously this list was only available in settings.

It is also now possible to open Planned Event Detail Pages. This will show which Schedules and Equipment are included in the TA scope.

To make this Main Screen grid visible, users must go to “My Account” and click Edit. In “Main Grid Settings” they can then enable the “Planned Events” Main Screen.

All TAs (Planned Events) in the system will be listed in the Planned Events grid, regardless of if they were created in PEI or some other module.

Bulk Approval and Bulk Report Generation for Condition Histories

It is now possible to bulk approve Condition Histories, as well as bulk generate Condition History reports, from the Condition History Main Screen. Previously each Condition History had the be Approved individually. Also, only individual report creation was possible. The Bulk Approve button is available in the toolbar under “Inspections” and the Bulk Report Generation button is available under “Import/ Export”.
