Article summary

The Risk Assessment Matrix (RAM) in IMS SIS can be customized per site to meet specific customer needs.

  • Site-Based Configuration: Different RAMs can be configured on a site basis. This is handled by the Cenosco Support team during the initial site setup upon customer request.

  • Flexible Design: During initial setup the new RAM design allows users to define the number of columns, rows, colors, and text for registering risks in HAZOPs. The matrix categories will remain consistent as People, Assets, Community, and Environment (PACE).

  • Tolerability Criteria: For RAMs that deviate from the default, the assessment summary will include only one set of Tolerability Criteria (TC), configured according to customer specifications. The Cenosco Support team will align the TC with the specific requirements during the setup.

  • Visibility and Access: For each Site the configured RAM can be reviewed in the Flexible RAM tab in Settings under Company \ Top Level \ CMMS Hierarchy.
