Global Dashboard

The Global Dashboard gives an overview of the key characteristics on overdue Schedules, active Equipment and Inspection Schedules Waiting On Paperwork (WOP).

The Dashboard only shows information for sites based on the user’s privileges. If the user has access to the site, the site information is listed.

Furthermore, metric for Default Schedules is shown. This will tell the IMS users how many Equipment are without an Inspection Schedule.

Examples of information being displayed:

• Active Equipment Statistics (e.g. total number of Equipment, number of piping and relief valve Equipment).
• Active Schedule Statistics (e.g. Schedules for specific Equipment Types, Schedules per Schedule Type, Schedules Waiting On Paperwork (WOP)).

Trending will show when the mouse hovers on some of the stats. Click on the chart for a more detailed view.

Two additional tabs are also available:

• Criticality and Data Quantification.
• Leaks and temp repairs.
