Job Details Page

To view the Details page for any Job, click on the Job name in the Main Grid. The Job Details Page will be opened.

The Job Details page shows information related to the current Job and contains several sections:

1. Details: General information about a job.

2. Approval Status: Job Approval information.

3. Flange Scope or Grayloc Scope: Flanges or Graylocs added to the Job can be added, removed or edited.

4. Associated Equipment: A list of Equipment associated with the Flange Scope.

5. Narrative: Description of the Job.

6. Drawings and Documents.

7. Attachments.

In addition to the normal Actions buttons, there are five additional buttons to:

• Add to Scope: Add a Flange or Grayloc to the Job Scope.

• Create ECH (only available when the Job is Approved).

• Select for Offline use: You can mark Jobs to allow them to be used without an internet connection.

• Print Sections: Allows you to print sections of the Details page.

• Generate Flange Labels (Tags).

Job Status and Approvals

The Job Details page displays the Job Approval Status.

Flange or Grayloc Scope Section

A Job can contain both Flanges and Grayloc Schedules in its scope. Each type of connection has its own section on the Job Details Page listing the Schedule IDs that have been added to the scope, as well as the details associated with each of those Schedules.

Associated Equipment

In addition to the Flange and Grayloc Scope, the Details page displays any equipment associated with the Flanges included in the Scope in the Associated Equipment section of the Details Page.
