This overview will explain how to use the Task Template Main Screen in IMS to:
List Task Templates
Add New Task Templates
Task Templates define a set of Tasks that can be added to Schedules and ECHs to specify the Activities that need to be performed or were performed.
Listing Task Templates
The list of registered Task templates is available on the Task Template Main Screen. To see the list of the available Task Templates:
Navigate to the IMS Main Menu.
Click Custom reports.
Select “Task Templates” from the drop-down menu.
Use the Filter, or the Search functionality to list the desired Task Templates.
There are several shortcuts or available features on the toolbar. To see an explanation of these features visit IMS Main Screen (Grid List)
Default Task Template data in the Task Template record:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Active | Indicator whether the Task Template is Active or Inactive. |
Template Name | The name of the Task Template, clicking on it will take you to the Task Template editor. |
Template Description | Short description of the Task Template. |
Strategy Type | Drop-dowm menu allowing for the guided selection of relevant tasks based on the chosen strategy and associated condition groups. Available options are: “RBI”, “Schedule Task Recommendations” or “Schedule Task Templates”. |
Methodology | Drop-down menu allowing you to select the Methodology the Task Template belongs to. |
Created | Date of the Task Template being created. |
Created By | Name of the User who created the Task Template. |
If needed new Task Templates can be created / edited via the Task Template Editor.
