This overview will explain how to use and interpret the IMS-PLSS Campaigns Main Screen.

The Campaigns Main Screen shows an overview grid, with a list of Campaigns.

Listing Campaigns

To see the list of registered Campaigns:

Go to the IMS Main Menu.
Click on Campaigns to go to the Main Screen:

Click on the Campaigns to see registered Campaigns.

Use the Scoping bar, the Filter, or the Search functionality to list the desired Campaigns.

Each record shows several fields, summarizing the Campaigns (see the table below). To see more, click on the Settings icon in the toolbar and add additional fields.

Click on the setting button in the Main Menu to add additional fields to the grid.

Header	Description
Expand/Collapse	The expand / collapse button.
Checkbox	User can tick the checkbox of interest, for example for reporting.
Active	If the Campaign active or in-active
Indicator	Currently empty. Later, after the import, the ECH indicator will be shown here.
Campaign ID	The Campaign ID number, automatically generated.
Campaign type	Indicates the type of the Campaign: CP Testpost Survey Corrosion Assessment Pipelines Underwater Eq. Activities.
Description	A short description, CP Testpost survey Groningen Pipelines.
Campaign date	The date before the campaign should be completed.
Approval status	The status, can be Draft or Final Approved.
Nr Equipments	The number of pieces of Equipment selected for the applicable Campaign.
Nr Schedules	The number of Schedules selected for the applicable Campaign.
Nr Equipment without schedule	The number of pieces of equipment that have been selected in the campaign without a Schedule assigned to the Campaign.
Nr Insp Loc	The total number of Inspection Locations on the selected Schedules.
Nr activities	The total number of Tasks or Activities.
Nr activities to do	After data have been imported and ECHs created, shows the number of ECHs with a green color indicator.
Plancodes	An overview of the Plancodes on the Schedules.
