Note: Below is applicable to Shell users. If not a Shell user, please contact your IT department.
Verify the following for your mobile device (iPad):
- Do you have a Mobile Connect Service account?
- Is your mobile device registered, i.e. is the Hub App installed?
- Does the VPN, to the Shell network, work?

Note: Currently the IMS Offline App is only available for iPads.
