Preparing IMS Offline (once-off)

Before you can start using IMS Offline, you need to verify that a few things are in place:

• You have a registered mobile device (iPad), that can connect to your site's VPN. See Preconditions for Using a Mobile Device .
• The IMS Offline Application is installed on your mobile device. See Installing IMS Offline on a Mobile Device. 
• The “Take Offline” feature is enabled for your site’s IMS. See Enabling the “Take Offline” Feature.

When all is in place you will be able to record your inspections offline.
