Reviewing Import History in Settings

Data Transfer subsections.Once an import is finished, information about the import is stored in the import history. The Import History section of the Settings Menu can be used to review the import history.

Import History

Available information

The following information is available:

• When the import was executed;
• Who performed the import;
• Which type of import was performed; and
• A short description of import results.

Showing addition information

By clicking on a specific import, additional information about the specific import is shown:

• Status of the imported record (created or modified);
• Which record was changed or created;
• A link to the specific item; and
• A summary of the changes on each object

Downloading, Pinning and Exporting

In addition, the entire import file that was used, can be downloaded, and, if possible, items can be shown in the grid by pinning them.

The Import history can also be exported.

Export History

In this section the history of exported Spec data files, together with their Expiration Date and Remaining Days, is shown. Exported History records that exceed a defined number of days will be deleted. This expiration time is defined in the Application Setting ExportHistoryDeleteInterval, i.e., 60 days. It is possible to download the files from here.
