Article summary

The Created Schedules section allows you to create new Schedules as part of the ECH. This area also displays all the Schedules that were already created as part of the ECH, including any Schedules created automatically from a recurring Schedule. Note: The new recurring Schedules are only created when the ECH is Final Approved, thus only then will these Schedule show here.

Graphical user interface, application Description automatically generatedNew Schedules can be created from here and the newly created Schedules are also displayed here.

During the inspection activities associated with an ECH, you often need to create a new CAIR or Inspection Schedule. It then saves time to do this from the ECH. For example, during an intrusive inspection you found a corroded area that needs to be repaired at the next turnaround and you want to perform some non-intrusive scan inspection half-way through the run length.

Creating Schedules

To create a new Schedule from here:

  • Click ADD CAIR or ADD INSPECION or ADD RBI RE-ASSESSMENT.
  • Fill in the pop-up that appears.
  • The newly created Schedule will show here.
Take Note
When you Approve the ECH (Step H), all the Schedules created from here will automatically be approved.

Remember: You can also create a CAIR from the Inspection data and code section. In this case the ECH codes will also be carried over to the CAIR. See Step D.

Editing Schedules

If you need to change any of the attributes, scope, or interval on any of the new Schedules, you can navigate to the Schedule details page from this section by clicking on the Schedule card.

If a Schedule is edited after the ECH is Final Approved, the Schedule should be Final Approved from the Schedule Details Page (see Approving, Editing and Extending Schedules). The ECH will not show the Schedule’s newly edited values, until the Schedule is Approved.

Take Note
Since new recurring Schedules are only created after the ECH is Final Approved, they can only be edited when the ECH is already Approved.

For more information on Schedules see PEI Schedules (or FMA Schedules).
