S-IDAP Equipment and Circuits Overview Section
After you have selected the Circuits of interest an overview of the Equipment and Circuits is given (in View 1 (opening screen)).
Selecting the Circuits for Data Analysis
The first step is to select one or more Circuits for which the data analyses is going to be performed. There are two ways to make this selection:
Selecting a Single Circuit
To display the data for a Single Circuit:
Click on the Normal Analysis button.
Select a desired Circuit.
View 1, the opening screen, will be displayed. The Circuit’s Calc Summary will show. (This will already be open if you were directed from the Measurement Set (MSET) view.)
Selecting Multiple Circuits for Bulk Analysis
To go to the Bulk analysis mode,
Click the Bulk analysis button.
Select one or more pieces of Equipment and/or one or more Circuits, by checking the box next to them.
Click the red Apply button to display the data in the bottom windows.
Circuit / Equipment Overview Grid Information
In the grid, the following columns are displayed:
Header | Description |
---|---|
Checkbox + Equipment / Circuit | Tick the checkbox of the Equipment and/or Circuits of interest. |
Anomaly2 | If marked then an Anomaly has been detected in one of the last two readings (see S-IDAP Trendplots). |
Max CR | The maximum calculated corrosion rate (ShortCR, LongCR, linear regression, suggested rate, DLM, ….) for the Circuit. |
Min RL | The minimum Remnant Life for the circuit. |
NID | The Next Inspection Date for the Circuit. |
Short RL to IDAP NID | The data in these columns are all copied from the Calc Summary. |
IDAP Status | After the analysis you can select one of the options: The selected option is shown in this column. See Setting IDAP Status. |
IDAP Status Comment | The IDAP user comment is showed in this column. |
Inspection Event | The inspection event comment, e.g., Inspection Completed 8-Dec-2014. |
Approval | The Approval Status, e.g., Writer Approved |
Setting IDAP Status
To set the IDAP status:
Select the relevant Circuits.
Select the Status with the dropdown in the top.
Click the Status Apply button.
This Status will be shown in the Equipment and Circuit grid and can be filtered on.
Showing Calc Summary and Approval pane
