It may happen that an Inspection / CAIR Schedule is completed, but it is still pending paperwork for Final Approval of the ECH. For these Schedules it can be indicated that they are Waiting on Paperwork (WOP). This way the Schedule will not become due for 90 days (default).
Indication The Schedule is WOP
How to indicate that a Schedule is Waiting on Paperwork (WOP):
- Go to the Schedule Details screen (e.g., PEI Schedule Details Page or PLSS Schedule Details Page).
- Click Edit.
- Fill in the WOP section.
- Click Save when done. It is not necessary to re-Approve the Schedule. It will stay Final Approved.
Bulk Changing WOP properties
Alternatively, to Bulk change the WOP properties of multiple Schedules:
- Go to the Schedules Main Menu (list).
- Select the desired Schedules.
- Click the WOP button.
Note: For recurring Schedules, the WOP checkbox clears when the ECH is Final Approved (with the Schedule credited).
WOP status on Schedule Main Menu
Both the check to indicate that a Schedule Has WOP and the WOP Status (e.g. “Overdue”, “0-30 days”, “30-90 days”) are indicated in the PEI Schedules Main Screen or PLSS Schedules Main Screen. You can also filter for Schedules that Has WOP (true / false) or with a specific WOP Status.
Dashboards
The PEI Assurance, PEI HealthChecks and PEI Global Dashboards include Queries to show the Active and Overdue WOP Schedules. The PEI & PLSS Schedule tracker Dashboards also helps to visualize the WOP Schedules: Click on the WOP KPI to drill down into the WOP data.
