The Anomaly Insights Dashboard is a standard, ready-made dashboard available for monitoring Anomaly Management activity. The Dashboard is built on the same underlying data source as the Anomaly Main Screen, so its figures stay consistent with what is shown in the grid.
To access the Anomaly Insights Dashboard:
Select Dashboard from the IMS Main Menu.
Select the Anomalies Insights Dashboard from the dropdown at the top, left-hand corner.
The Anomalies insights Dashboard provides the following tiles:

All anomalies | Total count of all Anomalies |
Active anomalies | Count of currently active Anomalies |
Missing schedules | Active Anomalies with no linked Action Schedule (labeled "Add anomalies in a schedule!") |
To assess | Anomalies with no Response set yet |
To review | Anomalies with no reviewer recorded on the latest Assessment |
Assessed this month | Anomalies with a revision dated this month |
Closed this month | Anomalies closed this month |
Created this month | Anomalies created this month |
Overdue inspection! | Anomalies past their next due date |
Average closure time in days | Average of Closure Time (Days) across closed Anomalies |
Anomaly responses | Bar chart of active Anomalies by Response type |
Active anomalies per type | Bar chart of active Anomalies by Anomaly Type |
Active anomalies per equipment group | Bar chart of active Anomalies by Equipment Group |
