For each Consequence in the HAZOP, you can enter an ALARP description:
- Click on the ALARP card next to the Consequence (and Exiting safeguards).
- Enter a description for the ALARP:
- Click on the card and start typing; or
- Click the Edit button
in the toolbar to open the text edit pop-up.
If a LOPA is created for the Consequence the associated ALARP note will also be synced between the LOPA and HAZOP.
