IMS FCM provides the ability to manage the overall integrity of Flange connections by helping to: - Manag critical Flanges during assembly and disassembly. - Identify when and what to inspect on Flange connections. - Follow industry recommended practices for Flange connections. - Calculate tension and torque values. - Record the results of your inspections, and preventative and corrective actions. You can learn more about the basics of FCM by reading through a summary of the [FCM Workflow](/v410/docs/fcm-workflow). [FCM Roles](/v410/docs/fcm-roles) covers which user roles have which permissions and [FCM Definitions](/v410/docs/fcm-definitions) covers some basic terminology used in FCM.
