FLOC/Equipment Priority Data - Quary

In this example, K101-02 is a FLOC with prioritization data in the System, and C101-02-eq is a piece of Equipment with prioritization data in the System:

The query output delivers the severity levels of the Economic consequences and the Environmental consequences, and also the priority notes data.
