Dynamic Forms can contain Fields that shows all Issues captured in the current Condition History. Note: For more information on how to configure these Fields see Showing Overview of Issues on ECHs
A report can be generated out of questions with an issue, together with their Observations, comments and images.
To generate the Report:
- In the Main Menu, click on Condition History.
- Open the applicable Condition History Details Page.
- Click on the Report button in the upper right corner.
- In the popup window, click on Custom Reports.
- Search for the applicable Report with issues.
- Select the Report.
- Click Generate as Word or Generate as PDF.
