# Showing Overview of Issues on ECHs

To summarize all the Issues captured in the Condition History you can [add a specific Field](/v414/docs/adding-data-fields-to-dynamic-forms) to you Dynamic Form. The Field shows all Issues captured in the current Condition History. To configure this Overview of Issues:

- [Add a Field](/v414/docs/adding-data-fields-to-dynamic-forms) of Control Type “HTML”.
