# AW (Authority Witnessing B.V.) Dashboard

The [Witnessing](/v414/docs/witnessing-overview) functionality has been developed for sites requiring documented Approvals of inspection activities. Witnessing is a specific feature for additional supervision and authority reviews on Schedules and ECHs, besides the regular Approval flow.

The Authority Witnessing B.V Dashboard contains a number of sections, showing information on the Inspection Schedules, CAIRs and ECHs marked for Witnessing. The information shown is listed in the table below. Each Query provides a list (or lists) of Schedules/ECHs. Navigate to the lists by clicking on the links.

AW Dashboard information:

| **Supervision – Authorization Required** |

| Schedule | Inspection Schedules marked for Supervision by a Sr Insp/Eng. Batch update is available to do batch Approve. |
| CAIR | CAIRs marked for Supervision by a Sr Insp/Eng. Batch update is available to do batch Approve. |
| ECH | ECHs marked for Supervision by a Sr Insp/Eng. Batch update is available to do batch Approve. |
| **Supervision - Schedule Authorization Overview** – This includes both Inspection Schedules and CAIRs |
| Scope reviewed | Supervised Schedules |
| Scope Reviewed - Disapproved by Supervisor | Disapproved Schedules by Supervisor. A review is required by the Inspector. |
| Scope Reviewed - Invite Authority for Field Inspection | Schedules for which the Inspector should invited the Authority to do a Field Inspection together. |
| Scope Reviewed - Disapproved by Authority | Disapproved Schedules by Authority. A review is required by the Inspector. |
| Scope Reviewed - Assigned NCR's by Authority | Schedules with NCRs assigned by the Authority. A review is required by the Inspector. |
| Scope Reviewed - Assigned NCR's by Authority Closed | Schedules with closed NCRs. A review is required by the Inspector. |

| Scope Reviewed - No Field inspection | Authorized Schedules |
| Scope Reviewed - Field Inspection Together | Authorized Schedules for which a Field Inspection was requested (together). The Inspector must do a Filed Inspection and invite the Authority. |
| Scope Reviewed - Field Inspection Later | Authorized Schedules for which a Field Inspection was requested (individual). The Inspector must do a Filed Inspection, but don’t need to invite the Authority. |
| Scope Reviewed - More Information Required | Authorized Schedules where addition information is required (content not entirely clear). A review is required by the Inspector. |
| Scope Reviewed - Disapproved | Disapproved Schedules. A review is required by the Inspector. |
| Scope Reviewed - NCR Applied | Schedules with NCRs assigned by the Authority. A review is required by the Inspector. |

| ECH Reviewed - NCR Applied | ECHs with NCRs assigned by the Authority. A review is required by the Inspector. |
