# Bulk Approving PLSS ECHs

Take noteThis overview will explain how to Bulk approve PLSS ECHs in IMS. 

When the ECH report has been [reviewed](/v414/docs/reviewing-plss-echs-generating-reports) (and corrections made if needed), the ECH must be **Final Approved**.

## 

To Approve ECHs in Bulk:

- On the [ECH Main Screen](/v414/docs/plss-ech-main-screen) select the applicable ECHs.
- Click on the *Approve* button in the [Main Menu](/v414/docs/basic-navigation-main-menu).

- Select the ECHs you want to Approve.
- Click **Approve***.*

Take noteOnly the following ECHs can be Approved in bulk:

- in draft
- without indicator
- with a green or orange indicator

The red indicators have to be investigated and can be Final Approved in the ECH detail screen.
