Listing Assemblies  (the Overview Grid)

To see the list of registered Assemblies:

  • Go to the CAPS2025 Main Menu.
  • Click Assembly to go to the Assembly main screen.

Click on the Assembly Main menu, to list all Assemblies.  

  • Use the scoping bar, the filter, or the search functionality to list the desired Assemblies. (For more information see CAPS2025 Main Screens.)
Find Assembly using the scoping bar / filter / search functionality. 

 Default Assembly data in the Assembly record:

Field / Column
Description

Name

Short name of an Assembly, click on the Name hyperlink to open the Assembly details.

Description
Descriptive assembly name.
Company
Company an Assembly belongs to.
Changed
Date when assembly was last edited.
Changed by
Shows last user that edited the assembly.
Created
Date when assembly created.
Created by
Shows user that created the assembly.
