CMT2025 Details Pages

Prev Next

Details Pages contain all of the information associated with an item. Where child objects exist for an item, they can usually be created directly from the Details Page of that item.

Opening a Details Page

You can open an item's Details Page by clicking the blue hyperlink of that item - in either a Main Screen (Grid List) or on another Details Page. For example, in the Noun - Modifier Main Screen, click on a link in the Noun column to open the details for that Noun - Modifier. The details are shown as a page on top of the Main Screen (Grid List). To go back to the Main Screen (Grid List), just click somewhere on the Main Screen (Grid List) page, which is still behind the Details Page, or select it from the menu again.

The Unique name of the item.

Active

If there is a green underline for the item name, it means the item is active. Inactive will show as “grey”.

Event History

The Event History is the captured changes made in CAPS2025 by the specific users (you). Click to see the list of events that has been performed for this item. This is only available for Piping classes.

Pin

The “Pin” feature allows you to pin a group of records and its child objects. For example, a Piping Class and its child objects, e.g., Component. Via pinning a selection of objects – for instance a list of Piping Classes - can be retained in IMS while stepping through the Main Screen tabs, the data of just that retained selection will be shown. This enables a powerful review approach for a sub-selection of objects.
