Normally a Plant or Unit should only have one HAZOP. Thus, when you try to create a new HAZOP on a Plant or Unit where a HAZOP already exists, IMS will warn you of this.
To create a HAZOP:
Go to the IMS SIS Main Menu.
Click HAZOP to go to the HAZOP list (main screen).
Click + to create a new HAZOP.
Go to the HAZOP Main Menu and click +.
Enter the required data in the pop-up window. See the table below.
Click Save when done.
The new HAZOP will be created, and you will be redirected to the detail page of the HAZOP that was just created.

Copying HAZOPs
It is not possible to copy and paste an existing HAZOP. However you could export an existing HAZOP to Excel, make the necessary modifications in Excel and import the Excel file as a new HAZOP.
To Export a HAZOP for Import:
Go to the HAZOP Main Screen.
Select the desired HAZOP to copy.
Click the Export button.
Click here to export for import HAZOP.
Next update the HAZOP details in the excel sheet and then import the HAZOP via settings.
