For example, you can use it to find Circuits with the lowest Remnant Life per Unit, most recent Condition Histories per Equipment, or next due Schedules per Responsible Person. Note: The filter works on the entire dataset, not just the current scope. For example, when showing the last Condition Histories per Responsible Person under a specific Unit, it may return no results if their latest Condition Histories were not recorded under the specified Unit. The Min/Max filter applies only to date and decimal numeric fields, not to whole numbers (e.g., number of attachments). To filter on Min or Max values: - Click the *Filter* button. - Click **Min/Max** Filter to expand it. - Under SHOW ME, select either “MIN” (to filter from the smallest / earliest values) or “MAX” (to filter from the largest / latest values). - Under FIELD, select the type of date (e.g., Next Inspection Date, Remaining Life Date) or a decimal numeric field (e.g., Interval Factor, Design Corrosion Allowance). - Under FOR EVERY, select the grouping property (for example, Unit). - Click the *Arrow*. ## Showing the Next Due Schedule per Equipment To find the next scheduled inspection for each piece of Equipment, filter the Schedules based on the Next Inspection Date per Equipment: - In the Main Menu, click on **Schedule** to navigate to the Schedule Main Screen. - Click the *Filter* button. - Click the **Min/Max** Filter to expand it. - Under SHOW ME, select “MIN (Earliest)” to filter from the earliest value. - Under FIELD, select “Next Inspection Date”. - Under FOR EVERY, select “Equipment ID”. - Click the *Arrow*. The Schedule Main Screen (Grid View) will display a list of Schedules with the earliest NID for each piece of Equipment. > [!NOTE] > Take Note > > Note: Applying the same Min/Max filter settings on the Equipment Main Screen shows next due Schedules limited to the current IMS module’s Equipment, whereas on the Schedule Main Screen, it includes all Equipment in the system. ## Showing the Next Due Schedule per Unit To find the next scheduled inspection for each Unit, filter the Schedules based on the Next Inspection Date per Equipment: - In the Main Menu, click on **Schedule** to navigate to the Schedule Main Screen. - Click the *Filter* button. - Click the **Min/Max** Filter to expand it. - Under SHOW ME, select “MIN (Earliest)” to filter from the earliest value. - Under FIELD, select “Next Inspection Date”. - Under FOR EVERY, select “Unit”. - Click the *Arrow*. The Schedule Main Screen (Grid View) will display a list of Schedules with the earliest NID for each Unit, along with the associated Equipment. ## Showing the Driving CML per Equipment To find the driving CML, i.e., CML with the most critical Next Inspection Date, for each piece of Equipment, filter the CMLs based on the earliest CML Next Inspection Date per Equipment: In the Main Menu, click on **CML** to navigate to the CML Main Screen. - Click the *Filter* button. - Click the **Min/Max** Filter to expand it. - Under SHOW ME, select “MIN (Earliest)” to filter from the earliest value. - Under FIELD, select “CML NID”. - Under FOR EVERY, select “Equipment ID”. - Click the *Arrow*. The CML Main Screen (Grid View) will display a list of CMLs with the earliest NID for each Equipment. ## Showing the Driving Circuit per Equipment To find the driving Circle, i.e., Circle with the most critical Next Inspection Date, for each piece of Equipment, filter the Circuits based on the earliest Next Inspection Date per Equipment: In the Main Menu, click on **Circuits** to navigate to the Circuit Main Screen. - Click the *Filter* button. - Click the **Min/Max** Filter to expand it. - Under SHOW ME, select “MIN (Earliest)” to filter from the earliest value. - Under FIELD, select “Next Insp. Date”. - Under FOR EVERY, select “Equipment ID”. - Click the *Arrow*. The Circuit Main Screen (Grid View) will display a list of Circuits with the earliest NID for each Equipment. ## Showing the Latest Condition History on Equipment To find when the last inspection/assessment occurred for each piece of Equipment, filter the Condition Histories based on the latest Condition Date per Equipment. - Click the *Filter* button. - Click the **Min/Max** Filter to expand it. - Under SHOW ME, select “MAX (Latest)” to filter from the earliest value. - Under FIELD, select “Condition Date”. - Under FOR EVERY, select “Equipment ID”. - Click the *Arrow*. The Condition History Main Screen (Grid View) will display a list of ECHs with the latest Condition Date for each Equipment. ## Showing the Latest Condition History per Unit To find when the last inspection/assessment occurred for each Unit, filter the Condition Histories based on the latest Condition Date per Unit. - Click the *Filter* button. - Click the **Min/Max** Filter to expand it. - Under SHOW ME, select “MAX (Latest)” to filter from the earliest value. - Under FIELD, select “Condition Date”. - Under FOR EVERY, select “Unit”. - Click the *Arrow*. The Condition History Main Screen (Grid View) will display a list of ECHs with the latest Condition Date for each Unit, along with the associated Equipment. ## Showing the latest Condition History per Person To find when the most recent inspection or condition assessment was recorded per person, filter the Condition Histories based on the latest Condition Date per Responsible Person. - Click the *Filter* button. - Click the **Min/Max** Filter to expand it. - Under SHOW ME, select “MAX (Latest)” to filter from the earliest value. - Under FIELD, select “Condition Date”. - Under FOR EVERY, select “Responsible Person”. - Click the *Arrow*. The Condition History Main Screen (Grid View) will display a list of the latest ECHs recorded by Responsible Person.
