It shows how to list when changes were made to RCM analyses, and by whom. For when and why to use a query in RCM, see [RCM Queries – Background](/v414/docs/rcm-queries-background); for day-to-day query tips, see [Working with Queries](/v414/docs/working-with-queries). In IMS there are two [standard ways](/v414/docs/rcm-analyses-changes-query#standard-methods) to list the RCM activities that have been done over time. Alternatively, if the list is long, a [Query](/v414/docs/rcm-analyses-changes-query#using-a-query) can be used. ## Standard Methods ### Option 1 In the Systems Main Screen (Grid List), the column **#ALHY** shows the number of analyses done in the last six months. > Example: In the first system shown here there are 4 FLOCs, 4 FMs, and 2 analyses done in the last six months: ![A system list displaying various feed systems and their details in a table format.](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/no%20ALHY.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A40%3A39Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A40%3A39Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=U3fxJOTb0%2Bbzq3otpF0TTh8WO8CIkp%2BDPV5kxVA3RMA%3D) ### Option 2 Take a look at the *Event History* on the FLOC/Equipment details page**.** ![Overview of Pump001 with highlighted Event History section for tracking changes.](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/Floc%20event(1).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A40%3A39Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A40%3A39Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=U3fxJOTb0%2Bbzq3otpF0TTh8WO8CIkp%2BDPV5kxVA3RMA%3D) > Example: There are 10 events listed for Pump001. > > ![Event history log for Pump001 detailing various task.](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/P001%20event(1).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A40%3A39Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A40%3A39Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=U3fxJOTb0%2Bbzq3otpF0TTh8WO8CIkp%2BDPV5kxVA3RMA%3D) > [!NOTE] > Note > > You can export the Event history to Excel, if the list is (too) long. However, these methods are ineffective if you would like to list a large set of RCM changes. ## Using a Query If you would like to list a large set of RCM changes, you should use a query. See [Custom Queries Editor](/v414/docs/using-custom-queries-ui) for how to open and build a query in general. The video below also shows the process step-by-step: [Embedded content](https://www.youtube.com/embed/PCiAf4iS3nw?&wmode=opaque&rel=0) To create a specific query, do the following: 1. Go to the **Custom Reports** Main Screen. 2. Click the *Plus* Button. 3. Enter the Query **Name**: "RCM Analyses changes". 4. Select the **Base View**: "RBITagAnalysis". 5. Then select these objects: 1. FLOC 2. Equipment 3. CMMS type 4. Equipment group 5. Location Type 6. vwRCMSitePlantUnit 7. Failure Mode ![Query item details for RCM analyses changes with selected fields and criteria.](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/Query%20ovrview.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A40%3A39Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A40%3A39Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=U3fxJOTb0%2Bbzq3otpF0TTh8WO8CIkp%2BDPV5kxVA3RMA%3D) 1. Select the fields shown below for these objects. ![Overview of equipment analysis fields including selected fields for each object.](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/Query%20field%20values.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A40%3A39Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A40%3A39Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=U3fxJOTb0%2Bbzq3otpF0TTh8WO8CIkp%2BDPV5kxVA3RMA%3D) 1. Select the following criteria for the fields - by clicking the *Plus* button. Active Equipment may be removed if not needed, by clicking the *X* button. **![Criteria for filtering data added to the query.](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/Query%20field%20criteria(1).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A40%3A39Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A40%3A39Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=U3fxJOTb0%2Bbzq3otpF0TTh8WO8CIkp%2BDPV5kxVA3RMA%3D)** Take Note Having the criteria on the **"RCMFunctinalFailureID" ≠ 0** is essential for the performance of this query. In the end - the output can show a lot of changes and look like: ![Output result — example query output listing RCM changes](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/Output%20result.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A40%3A39Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A40%3A39Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=U3fxJOTb0%2Bbzq3otpF0TTh8WO8CIkp%2BDPV5kxVA3RMA%3D) To create, modify, and manage Queries, also see [Custom Queries Editor](/v414/docs/using-custom-queries-ui). ### Listing Analyses and Task Changes Separately Create the following query to list **Analyses changes** and, separately, **Task changes**. ![Query configuration for Analyses vs. Task changes](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/Task%20%20changes%20%202.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A40%3A39Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A40%3A39Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=U3fxJOTb0%2Bbzq3otpF0TTh8WO8CIkp%2BDPV5kxVA3RMA%3D) This output looks like this: ![Example output distinguishing Analyses changes from Task changes.](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/Task%20%20changes%20%203.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T14%3A40%3A39Z&se=2026-10-28T15%3A40%3A39Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=U3fxJOTb0%2Bbzq3otpF0TTh8WO8CIkp%2BDPV5kxVA3RMA%3D) > [!NOTE] > Note > > Some text changes in the Task might not be seen as an Analyses change.
