The value of an RCM Analysis depends on the input of participants. Therefore, it is important to record key workshop information such as the main Participants, Facilitator and timing (Start Date and End Date). A study may span multiple days and involve different participants over time. In such cases, you should still register at least the main facilitator, core participants, and overall study timeframe. > [!NOTE] > Note > > Study information is stored per System. However, an RCM study may be organized at unit or plant level. As a result, you may need to create multiple study entries across different Systems. ## Register a New Study To register a new Study: 1. On the Systems Details Page, go to the **Study** section. 2. Click the *Plus* button. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e492a0e0-a4ba-4aca-8fc6-76b95f91fdf3/Images/Documentation/pic 1-1T0HBGSC.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T16%3A40%3A56Z&se=2026-10-28T17%3A40%3A56Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=niGYKRta9ANLYOktSIX%2Bf4sE2OBl%2Bky2LmeaKLbd%2Fkk%3D) 1.
