# Recommendations Summary Tab (HAZOP)

You can click on the Recommendation’s hyperlink to navigate back to that Recommendation card on the **HAZOP** Tab.

Here you can set the Recommendation Status and enter the Close out description. All Recommendations must have the Status "Completed" together with a Close out description, before the HAZOP can be [Approved](/v414/docs/approving-the-hazop).
