# LOPA Additional Information Tab

If relevant also the HAZOP / Node, From HAZOP, Hazard, Severity, Tolerability are shown. Click **Edit** to change these details.

ALARP notes can also be added. If the Residual risk of the scenario is not tolerable and there is no SIF Barrier, then either make [Recommendation(s)](/v414/docs/recommendations-summary-tab-1) or make an ALARP statemen.

Also the Consequence of failure on demand can be Edited here.
