Thank you for your feedback
You can add images to your Form.
To add an image to your Form you need to add a Field, then create a Template with Control Type "Image", and then add this Template to your Field. Then any image can be added in the Field's attachment area.
To add an image to a Form:

- Add a Field to your Form.
- For the Control Type select "Image".
- Click Save.
- Add a Template:
- Click + Template. (See also Defining Templates.)
- Enter a Caption.
- For the Control Type select "Image".
- Click Save.
- Now, back in your Field properties, selected a Template - this must be your newly defined "Image" Template.
- An attachment area will become available.
- Add your image in the attachment area.
- You can edit your image further if you want - see IMS Details Page - Attachment Section.
- Click Save when done.
Important
Be careful when changing images of predefined Templates, when other Checklists will be impacted. Rather defining a new Template with Control Type "Image" as explained above.
