In IMS you can create New Dynamic Forms and configure them according to your needs.
Creating new Dynamic Forms
To create a new Dynamic Form:
Click on to the Custom reports Main Menu.
Select Dynamic Forms from the dropdown.
Click + to create a new Dynamic Form.Creating a new Dynamic Form.
Enter a Name.
The Discipline is selected automatically and depends on your User profile.
Select a Form Type: "Checklist" or "Schedule Code". For more information on the Form Type, see the table below.
Add a Description. This will be shown in the Form's overview.
Click Save.

Form Types:
Form Type | Description |
---|---|
Checklist | Checklists are used for capturing findings on Condition history. |
Schedule Code | Schedule codes are for plans under Schedules. |
Adding Stages
When this is done you can directly start adding your Stages.
Deleting Dynamic Forms
If desired you can delete your Form.
Duplicating or Iterating a Dynamic Form
Rather than creating a new Dynamic Form from scratch, you can also make a new iteration or clone of an existing Dynamic Form and then continue editing that version.
