Bad actor Flanges

Flanges with a history of leakage

Critical Flanges

Flanges that are typically more difficult to seal, flanges that have a history of leakage, or flanges where leaks could result in high consequence incidents due to their size or service conditions.

Flange Connection (FC)

A bolted Flange joint assembly. In FCM this could be either a Flange Equipment or a Grayloc Equipment.

Functional Locations (FLOC)

The highest hierarchy levels in w-IMS are Site, Plant, Unit and Functional Location (FLOC). All these levels are known as Locations. A physical piece of Equipment is designated to a FLOC.

Protocol

The record of the inspection/repair executed.
