FCM User Roles

To use the FCM module, you need to have an FCM role assigned in IMS. (This is done in the Security Settings). There are six defined FCM Roles in IMS:

• FCM ADMIN – general rights with FLOC and user control.

• FCM GENERAL – managing FLOC, Equipment, Jobs and Condition History.

• FCM PLANNER – creating and managing Jobs and Condition Histories.

• FCM ENGINEER - editing flange design and performing calculations.

• FCM FIELD EXECUTION – closing Jobs with Condition Histories.

• FCM VIEWER – no edit rights, only viewing everything in FCM.
