When the ECH is filled in (see Capturing Findings in the ECH), you can generate a Discovery Work Request form for your Equipment.
Opening REPAIRS PLANNED Questionnaires
To open the REPAIRS PLANNED questionnaire:
- Open your Equipment Condition History details page.
- Scroll down to the Inspection data and codes section.
- Click What we want to do? in the third column.
The REPAIRS PLANNED questionnaire opens and a question: Proposing Discovery Work? is shown.
When you click What we want to do?, the REPAIRS PLANNED questionnaire opens.
Opening Discovery Forms
To open the discovery form:
- Select “YES” for the Proposing Discovery Work? field.
- Click on the 3 dots button that appears to open the details.

Generating Discovery Forms as Reports
To generate the discovery form as a report:
- Fill in the discovery form.
- Click Save.
- Click Generate report in the top right.
- The Generating Report pop-up opens, with prefilled sections.
- Check the All ECH attachments checkbox to add attachments to the report:
- The ECH attachments will show.
- Uncheck any that you do not want in the report.
- Drag them to arrange them in the desired order.
When All ECH Attachment is checked, attachments can be re-arranged and unchecked for the report.
- Click Generate as PDF.
A PDF document is generated and downloaded.
