Action Items Settings

Action Items settings can be changed / configured by an IMS Admin user. To access the Action Items Settings:

• Select Settings at the top of the IMS Main Screen.

Click to Change Action Items Settings. Once in Settings:

• Navigate to Maintenance -> Common Data -> Action Items.
• Select Statuses or Categories to edit the tables of options for the associated combo boxes.

Sequence governs the order that the options will be displayed in the appropriate combo boxes.

For Status, each Status can be assigned one of two States, Open (yellow) or Closed (green). An Action Item's State will be marked Open or Closed depending on the Status assigned to it.
