Creating a new Action Item

A new Action Item can be created from one of two places, the Action Items Main Grid or from an object's Details page. To create a new Action Item:

Action Items Main Grid: Click +.
Object Details Page: Click Add!

A New Action Item dialog will open.

•  Fill in the required and any option fields.

•  Click Save.

Email Notifications

An email notification will be sent to both the Assignee and Reviewer when a new Action Item has been created. The email will contain a link directly to the Action Item in IMS.
