This article explains how to clone a Condition History in RCM.
IMS RCM allows you to clone Condition Histories from one FLOC or Equipment to another. This creates a new ECH with the same Date, Checklists, and Tasks. Cloning is only possible if the target and source FLOC or Equipment types match.
To clone a Condition History:
In the Main Menu on any IMS page, click Condition History to access the ECH Main Screen (Grid View).
Click on the ECH in the grid to open the Condition History Details page.
In the upper-right corner, click Clone ECH.
Click Clone ECH in the toolbar to start the cloning process.
In the pop-up window, select the FLOC or Equipment tab.
From the grid, select the FLOC or Equipment you want to clone your Condition History to.
Click OK.
After selecting the applicable FLOC or Equipment, click OK to complete the cloning process.
Open the Details page of the target FLOC or Equipment.
Scroll to the Condition History section.
Locate the newly created Condition History with the same Condition History Date as the original.
A new ECH with the Condition Date the same as the source ECH is created.
