This overview explains the CMMS Interface settings and explains how to preview data from CMMS in IMS.
The CMMS Interface section of Settings allows you to preview information coming from CMMS. It includes three subsections: Notifications, Maintenance Plans, and Work Orders.
Each subsection's grid offers the following functionalities:
Direct links to the respective Notifications, Maintenance Plans, and Work Orders Details page with the information coming from CMMS.
Search bar for quick access.
Settings icon for the Grid configuration.
Export options.
Filter function for refining results.
To access CMMS Interface subsections:
Go to Settings > Data Transfer > CMMS Interface.
Click on the applicable subsection.
Notifications
Here you can see Notifications with details like the Creation date, Notification number, Notification Type, etc., which come from CMMS.
Maintenance Plans
Here you can see Maintenance Plans with details like the Creation date, Plan number, Cycle, Cycle units, System Status, etc., which come from CMMS.
Work Orders
Here you can see Preventative and Corrective Work orders with details like the Creation date, Work Order Type, Work Order Number, System Status, etc., which come from CMMS.
To choose the type of Work order you wish to view, click on either the Preventative or Corrective Tabs located in the center of the screen.

Click on either Preventative or Corrective tab.
Connected Schedules Section
When you click on one of the entries in the Notifications, Maintenance Plans, or Work Orders Grid, the Connected Schedule Section will be displayed below the grid. This section provides information on the Schedule IDs associated with the entry along with Equipment ID, FLOC ID, Condition History, etc., and a link to their respective Details Page in the IMS.

Click on any entry to open its Connected Schedules section.

Note
The Measuring Point/Measurement Document Interface in IMS only displays the information received from your CMMS. The information cannot be changed using IMS.
Here you can see a list of Measuring Points with associated details such as the Equipment Number, Name and Description, FLOC, Created date, and when and by which system a Measuring Point was last modified.
When you select any of the lines in the Measuring Point grid list, any Measurement Documents associated with that Measuring Point will be shown in the associated Measurement Document grid list below. If no Measuring Points are selected, the Measurement Document grid list will show all available Measurement Documents.

Measurement Document
To view the details associated with any Measurement Documents:
Click on the Measurement Document Number hyperlink.
A dialog will pop up showing the Measurement Document.

Click the Measurement Document Number to see the Mesurement Document.
Measurement Documents can also be viewed directly on the Work Order details page.
