There are a number of Standard Reports available for printing in IMS SIS:
SIF Analysis
LOPA Report
HAZOP Report
Condition History Report
The Main Screen / Details Page from which the report is created from will determine which are available for printing.
Printing Reports from the Main Screens
To print a report from a Main Screen (grid list):
Go to the relevant Main Screen (grid list).
Select the relevant elements.
Click the Report button.
Select the desired Report.
Choose the desired print format, e.g., Combined in PDF and click the button.

Printing Latest or Last Final Approved SIF Analysis/LOPA Studies
For SIF Analysis and LOPA Reports you can choose to print either the Latest or Last Final Approved version.
Take note that the Latest version could sometimes also be the Last Final Approved Version.
When printing the report you can choose which version to print via a dropdown.
The Review status of the SIF Analysis / LOPA will be shown in the Details section of the report.
Printing Older SIF Analysis/LOPA versions
In case you want to print a report for an older version of the element:
Open the SIF Analysis / LOPA Details Page.
Select the relevant version via the Revision History Tab.
Click the Report button.
Choose the desired print format, e.g., PDF and click the button.
