Data Quantification Equipment Criteria
This article explains in detail the Equipment criteria for the Data Quantification Section on the RBI Dashboard. To learn about the other criteria see RBI Dashboard Data Quantification.
The Equipment sub-section in the Data Qualifying section of the RBI Dashboard. Number of RBI equipment without RBI analyses
Stage I Equipment must adhere to the following criteria:
Equipment must be Active
Equipment must have Perform RBI checked
Number of equipment with RBI components with Degradation Mechanisms
Stage II Equipment must adhere to the following criteria:
Equipment must meet Stage I criteria
Equipment must have at least one RBI Analysis performed on a Component
Stage 2 and Number of equipment with RBI components with degradation mechanisms and component operating conditions (all required: process fluid, operating pressure, operating temperature, toxic fluid identified, toxic concentration, toxic rating “NH”)
Stage III Equipment must meet at least one of the following two sets of criteria:
Component Specs are considered for the following. For Equipment Specs to be considered, the Equipment must have an RBI Component:
Equipment must meet Stage II criteria
at least one Spec must be set among: SRBI-FLUID, SRBI-PRODUCT, FLUID TYPE
and at least one Spec must be set among: MAX OPERATING TEMPERATURE, OPERATING TEMPERATURE, SRBI-MAX OPERATING TEMPERATURE
and at last one Spec must be set among: MAX OPERATING PRESSURE, OPERATING PRESSURE, SRBI-MAX OPERATING PRESSURE
and either all Specs must be set among: SRBI-TOXIC CONCENTRATION, SRBI-TOXIC FLUID, SRBI-TOXIC NH, or Spec SRBI-TOXIC FLUID must be set to NONE
The RBI Analyses People assessment
Equipment must meet Stage II criteria
Equipment must link to a Corrosion Loop that has at least one RBI Analysis with the Detailed People assessment performed where Toxicity must be set to Not Toxicity (Nh<2) or low toxicity (Nh < 4 and conc. <100 ppm)
OR both Toxicity and Concentration (in ppm or % volume) in product must be set to any value.
Stage 3 and Number of RBI equipment with draft schedules (corrosion + RBI driven)
Stage IV Equipment must meet at least one of the following two sets of criteria:
Schedules with RBI Analyses in scope
Equipment must meet Stage III criteria
Equipment must have at least one Schedule with at least one RBI Analysis in scope
The Schedule must be in Draft and Active or about to be activated
Corrosion Circuit
Equipment must meet Stage III criteria
Equipment must have at least one Circuit that is inheriting an RBI Component
The Schedule on said Circuit must be in Draft
Number of RBI equipment with Level 2 approved RBI schedules (AMS/MEC % of equipment with risk based assessment)
Stage V Equipment must meet at least one of the following four sets of criteria:
Non-Corrosive RBI Analyses
Equipment must meet Stage II criteria
Equipment must have at least one Non-Corrosive RBI Analysis performed
Schedules with RBI Analyses in scope
Equipment must meet Stage III criteria
Equipment must have at least one Schedule with at least one RBI Analysis in scope
The Schedule must be above Level 1 approved and Active
Corrosion Circuit
Equipment must meet Stage III criteria
Equipment must have at least one Circuit that is inheriting an RBI Component
The Schedule on said Circuit must be above Level 1 Approved and Active
Inspection reason
Equipment must meet Stage III criteria
Floc Inspection reason must be "Class 4"
Equipment must have at least one RBI Analysis performed with Analysis Status set to "Analysis completed, implemented"
