The IMS Dashboard is a data visualization tool that displays current and historic statuses of metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for a site. The Default Dashboards are tailored for a specific role and display metrics targeted for a single point of view or department. There are several fine-tuning options that can be used to determine what data is shown and how it is visualized.
In addition to the default Dashboards, it is possible to create Custom Dashboards with a customizable interface and the ability to pull real-time and historic data from the Site’s database.
For more general information see Dashboard - Overview.
The current default Dashboards for IMS PEI are:
3D – for the sites with 3M models in IMS
Assurance
BLP SAP Dashboard - for sites with an IMS - BLP SAP interface
CAIR tracker – tracks CAIR schedules
Civil Overview - Dashboard for those sites with Civil for PEI enabled
CMF-modernized - Dashboard for Sites using CMF
DL/IP/MP Dashboard - for sites being upgraded to latest Deadleg and Inj Point matrices
Global MEC Dashboard
HSSE - shows how many legacy Indicators there are on FLOCs or Equipment
HealthChecks
Inspector
Leak monitor – tracks leaks recorded with ECH
NID Flags
RBI
RBI Optimization
SAP Dashboard - for sites with an IMS - SAP interface
Schedule tracker – tracks all schedules
Witnessing - for sites requiring additional review and approval of inspection activities
Data Integrity
Note: Some of the above Dashboards may not be applicable to all sites and are thus optional.
For more information see: Default Dashboards - Designed before the revamp (i.e., Legacy Dashboards) and Default Dashboard – Designed after the revamp.
Take Note
For legacy Dashboards, i.e. Dashboards built before release 3.13A, not all the functionality (as described in General Dashboard Options) will be available.
Also, for these Dashboards, data is not refreshed automatically. Thus, you need to click the reload button. The data on the Dashboard will then be re-calculated and the last calculated date will be shown.
