Defining Conditions for Task Templates

This overview will explain how to Define and Edit the Conditions under which Task Templates will be available.
When you have created your new Task Template, you can define the Conditions under which it will be available. Use the Task Template Editor to add a Condition Group to your Task Template through the Applicable When section. This can be done in one of the following ways:
Selecting an existing Condition Group.
Creating a new Condition Group.
To do so you will first need to open the Task Editor.
Opening the Task Template Editor
To open the Task Template Editor:
Navigate to the Task Template Main Menu.
Click the Name of the applicable Task Template to open the Task Template Editor.

Click the Name of the applicable Task Template to open the Task Template Editor.
Adding an Existing Condition Group
To add an existing Condition Group:
Navigate to the Applicable When section on the right of the Task Template Editor.
In the Condition Group field, click on the down arrow.
From the drop-down menu, select one of the available options. Note: The available options in the Condition Group drop-down menu depend on the selected Strategy Type.

From the Condition Group drop-down menu, select the applicable option.
Creating a new Condition Group
To create a new Condition Group from the Applicable When section in the Task Templates Editor:
In the Condition Group field, click the Plus button.

Click the Plus button to create a New Condition Group.
You will be redirected to a pop-up window from which you can add a new Condition Group.
Fill in the data in the pop-up window:
The Active checkbox will be ticked. Untick it if you want to make your Condition group inactive
In the Name filed enter the name of your Condition Group.
In the Description field, add a short description for your Condtion Group.
Click Save.

Click Save to save the newly created Condition Group.
Clicking Save will redrect you back to the Task Template Editor.
Defining Conditions
After creating the new Condition Group you will need to define the Conitions under which it should be applicable. To define the Conditions:
Select "And" or "Or".
Click + Add Group.
Click + Add Field and select the appropriate logic.
Click Save when done.

Click Save to save the Conditions.
When the Conditions are added, you can proceed adding Tasks and Subtasks to your Task Template.
